Mechanical Engineering Manager

Your Role

As the Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing our mechanics team and ensuring that we deliver world-class innovation. This role includes both strategic responsibilities and operational support.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the mechanics department by inspiring and coaching engineers.

Drive work in an agile environment, promote collaboration across disciplines, and support our Product Owners with the right resources and continuous improvements in how we work.

Ensure that mechanical engineers deliver high-quality mechanical solutions in all projects.

Contribute to the company’s strategic goals by increasing efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.

Serve as a role model and create an inclusive work culture focused on equality, diversity, and collaboration.

Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for an experienced leader who is equally passionate about technology and people.

You have:

At least 10 years of experience in mechanics, product design, or related fields.

Previous experience working as a manager, project leader, or senior engineer with leadership responsibilities.

Knowledge of agile methods, such as Scrum or Kanban, and a commitment to fostering flexibility and innovation.

A strong ability to create structure and build teams in a dynamic work environment.

Experience in working with sustainable solutions in mechanics is a merit.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
