Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Aimpoint, you’ll contribute to groundbreaking advancements in sight technologies and more:

Design, implement, and optimize software solutions that interface directly with hardware, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.

Develop Windows applications, building scalable and user-friendly features.

Conduct code reviews, create documentation, and perform unit/integration testing.

Collaborate with QA engineers to meet strict reliability benchmarks.

Play an active role in improving development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

5+ years of software development experience across various levels.

Expertise in programming languages: C#, Python, SQL, C/C++.

Proficiency with tools such as Git and Visual Studio.

Experience with Azure DevOps in managing the software development lifecycle.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
