Supervisor - Production

We are now looking for a Production Supervisor to join our facility in Gällivare. Are you a team player with an interest for technical solutions and process improvements? If so, this is the perfect role for you!
Your Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our production maintains top quality and efficiency. You will act as a support to trainers, shift leaders, and production management while contributing with technical expertise and structured approaches to drive operations forward.
Your responsibilities include:
Working on technical, quality, and process-related matters within production in Gällivare.
- Acting as a support to trainers, shift leaders and production management.
- Managing internal processes, such as deviation handling and test runs.
- Tracking and analyzing production data, including efficiency, quality, and material scrap rates.
- Representing the production department in development projects.
- Liaising with departments such as PS and ME, R&D, Supply Chain and Quality regarding deviations.
- Providing support in resolving issues related to business system entries and ensuring proper workflows.
- Structuring, leading, and conducting meetings in an engaging and organized manner.
- Documenting and analyzing results, requiring strong computer skills.
- Identifying and driving improvements within production processes.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in working in production, preferably with a technical focus.
- A strong analytical mindset and experience in process improvement.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, deviation handling, and development projects.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across departments and functions.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience working with business systems or similar platforms.
- Organizational skills and the ability to lead and facilitate meetings with a focus on goals and results.
- An innovative and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English.
Your Profile
This position does not include personnel management responsibilities, but you will work collaboratively with shift leaders to lead production activities effectively. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader, capable of inspiring and motivating others while staying focused on production goals and processes. You should be passionate, communicative, adaptable, and have a keen interest in innovation and development.
