Production Support

As our business continues to grow, we are now looking to strengthen our team with a colleague in Production Support, which is part of the maintenance organization. In this role, you will support production through troubleshooting, problem-solving, training, and equipment maintenance.

As the company continuously expands its production, you will also be involved in the construction, installation, and commissioning of new manual production lines whenever these occur.

Examples of tasks within your area of responsibility:

·        Perform planned and corrective maintenance to ensure high operational availability.

·        Troubleshoot, analyze root cause analyzes, and initiate improvement actions.

·        Document completed tasks in the maintenance system (Idus).

·        Repair tools.

·        Problem-solving.

·        Provide assistance with training on new products, processes, and equipment.

·        Represent the department in certain projects.

Requirements:

·        Relevant technical education (mechanics/automation/industry) or equivalent qualifications as assessed by us.

·        Strong knowledge of precision mechanics for troubleshooting and improvement work.

·        You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written communication.

Beneficial Skills That Will Strengthen Your Profile:

·        Basic knowledge of pneumatics for corrective maintenance.

·        Fundamental knowledge of ABB robots.

·        Experience handling Cognex vision systems.

·        Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring schematics for troubleshooting.

·        Experience troubleshooting PLCs within Siemens TIA Portal.

·        Background in LEAN/TPM or continuous improvement processes.

·        Familiarity with working in maintenance systems.

You should be a person who is passionate about technology, especially electronics and precision mechanics. You see challenges as opportunities, and by working proactively, you can prevent potential production stoppages.

The salary level for this position ranges between 38,000 and 45,000 SEK per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
