Director Supply Chain

Your Role – A Key Player in Our Company

As Director Supply Chain, you will have the overall responsibility to create an efficient, innovative, and high-performing supply chain that meets both today’s and tomorrow’s customer needs. By driving change and continuous improvement, you will ensure Aimpoint’s supply chain remains at the forefront.

Your Main Responsibilities:

· Design and implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain – from supplier to customer.

· Ensure high quality, delivery precision, and cost efficiency at every stage.

· Lead a dynamic team and develop tomorrow's leaders in Supply Chain Management.

· Build strong collaborations externally with suppliers and partners, as well as internally across departments.

In this position, you will act as a bridge connecting production, logistics, and business strategy. You are the one who ensures that goals are achieved – and preferably exceeded.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

· Has at least 8–10 years of experience in senior positions within Supply Chain, logistics, or related areas.

· Is a skilled analyst, problem solver, and communicative leader capable of delivering both strategy and tangible results.

· Is highly knowledgeable in modern ERP systems and digital tools to streamline workflows.

· Holds a relevant degree in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or industrial engineering and management.

· Is motivated by coaching others towards success and solving complex challenges collaboratively.

· Extensive experience in managing procurement agreements and negotiations.
