Quality Engineer
Aimpoint is a rapidly growing company with an exciting future where top-notch quality and environmental sustainability are high on our agenda.
We are now looking for a Quality Engineer for the Sight System segment. As part of the Quality Sight System team, which currently consists of five colleagues alongside other specialists and engineers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your main focus will be on our automated production line. Our customers include both military and civilian sectors, such as hunting and sport shooting.
We are looking for someone passionate about quality who wants to blend data analysis with cross-functional quality work across the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Managing non-conformance issues
· Documenting quality investigations
· Driving continuous improvements
· Troubleshooting and analysis
· Analyzing and identifying trends in data
· Contributing to product and product maintenance projects
· Conducting internal audits
To succeed in this role, you need to have at least five years of experience as a Quality Engineer and hold a relevant university degree, or that we values are equivalent. It is essential that you possess strong analytical skills paired with a results-driven mindset. Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a must, as is solid knowledge of statistics. Additionally, you must be willing to travel occasionally, including visits to our factory in Gällivare.

Additional qualifications that are highly regarded:
· Experience with quality work in ERP systems
· Internal audits
· Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent
· Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and understanding technical drawings
· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar standards
· Experience with statistical methods
· Proficiency with tools like Minitab or equivalent
· Daily quality work in production (blocking, releasing, and qualifying)

Practical details:
Salary range: 45,000 – 52,000 SEK per month (based on experience and qualifications)
