About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be a key player in our team working to create production solutions for the future. You'll be involved in developing new production equipment, improving existing work methods, and ensuring that our production maintains the highest possible quality. • Exploring new technologies and production methods.
• Participating in projects centered on innovation.
• Continuously improving and streamlining our equipment and processes.
• Developing training materials and educating employees to ensure high competence in our production teams.

Your Profile:

We are seeking someone with a few years of experience who is looking for an environment where your technical expertise and curiosity can flourish. To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone with:

• A degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Knowledge in risk assessment, P-FMEA, and basic process validation; experience in electrical design and PLC programming is a bonus.
• A strong drive, solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for creating innovation.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
